Frequently Asked Questions
What is 3d printing and how does it work?
3D printing is a way to produce parts. There are many different types, but the type of printer we use is called an FDM 3D printing. A plastic filament is extruded through a hot nozzle, and the object is built up in layers. The technology is extremely flexible, meaning you can print almost anything you can think of!
What materials can be printed?
We can print any material you like, but the most common materials we use are PLA, PETG and TPU. We prefer PLA for general use, PETG for functional durable parts and TPU for flexible parts.
What file format do I need to send?
We will take any 3D format, but our preferred file types are STL, 3MF and STEP.
What is the maximum size we can print?
Our biggest printer has a build volume of 320mm x 320mm x 400mm. Longer objects can be printed if they are narrow by placing them across the bed. If you are unsure, just email us the file and we can check for you!
How much does 3D printing cost?
3D printing is a very affordable way to get custom parts made. We are committed to giving you the best value for your money. The best way to find out exactly how much a certain item will cost to print would be to send us the file! We will have a free quote to you within a few hours.

Is there a minimum order or quantity?
We have no minimum order or size. No matter how small or few objects you want to print we can help you out.
